Ertlio Namas chef Tomas Rimydis is guided by the principle that we should treasure what’s in the nature around us. This means that all the dishes on the restaurant's menu are prepared with local products. Each dish here is a little piece of history, reflecting how Lithuanian high society used to eat in past centuries. The restaurant prides itself on continuing the traditions of Lithuania's culinary heritage, while at the same time infusing them with modern culinary trends.
