Dinner here extends beyond the plate, drawing guests into an interplay of classical French technique and the precise, subtle flavours of Japanese cuisine. An open kitchen fosters a direct connection between guests and the team, setting a convivial rhythm to the space and doing away with unnecessary theatrics of separation.

Sustainability is integral to Elēno’s philosophy – every ingredient is carefully selected and every process thoughtfully considered, with respect for seasonality and natural resources, and with a lasting responsibility to future generations. 

The restaurant also offers a modern à la carte menu, a five-, nine-, or eleven-course Chef’s Table tasting dinner, and a wine or non-alcoholic drink pairing service.
