The Counts Tiškevičius Avenue is brimming with the spirit of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The renovated avenue is a tribute to the founders of the resort, the Counts Tiškevičius. The alley is decorated with two bronze sculptures – "Countess Antanina Sofija Loncka-Tiškevičius" and "Count Feliksas Tiškevičius".
Compositionally, the two sculptures form a single work uniting the part of the alley that falls within the area of the Palanga Spa building. The sculptures are connected by a decorative stainless metal band in the pavement, on which the motto of the Tiškevičius family is engraved in Latin and Lithuanian: "Deligas quem diligas" and "Choose what you love". The Counts Tiškevičius Avenue is also adorned with original retro-style chandeliers, pavements and small architecture. Another highlight of the avenue is the restored carved historical gate, which has always been a symbol of welcoming and inviting summer visitors to Tiškevičiai Spa.
