That is how Saint-Malo introduces itself – a restaurant in the very heart of Vilnius, with a spacious outdoor terrace in its inner courtyard, created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chefs Noëlle and David Faure.

The restaurant's menu features oysters – served in a variety of styles – alongside seafood and authentic dishes from Brittany, Provence, Normandy, and other French regions. Guests are also treated to an extensive wine selection – from quality table wines for daily consumption to prestigious rarities. In the spirit of French terroir, all wines are organised by region and appellation, accompanied by illustrative maps, grape compositions, and critic ratings.
