Much research has shown that Baltic amber, which contains 3%-8% succinic acid, is highly beneficial to our health. Since amber is electronegative, bodily exposure to it has an ionising effect that improves energy levels and electrolyte balance.

Lithuanian resorts also provide access to the WIPO-certified infrared sauna, made from amber and jadeite by the Lithuanian inventor Šarūnas Davainis. Apart from its creative design and unprecedented nature, this sauna helps normalise blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, fight inflammation of the bladder, and improve organ (especially kidney and liver) function.
