The modernist Kaunas Picture Gallery building houses a permanent exhibition of 20th-century Lithuanian and émigré art. It is a must-see for all fans of the Fluxus movement and controversial art in general: the gallery features the so-called Fluxus Room, dedicated to the Kaunas-born Fluxus founder George Maciunas.
