Kretinga Museum (former Tiškevičiai Manor)

The Kretinga Museum is best known for its impressive winter garden that grows over 5000 species of plants, including banana trees and collection of cacti. But the museum is much more than its orangerie! The halls are rich with paintings and sculptures and the manor’s park, with its Astronomical Calendar, is an attraction in its own right. Established by the noble family of Tiškevičiai, the manor is a place of discovery and wonder. Here, you can try your hand at bread baking, candy making, pottery, and soap making.
