Morta Hill

Morta Hill, located in Kalniškiai Village, offers several types of slopes: the red and blue slopes (230 and 280 metres in length, respectively) are most suited to experienced skiers, while intermediate winter sports enthusiasts typically prefer the 160-metre slope. If it’s cross-country skiing you’re into, good news – you’ll have a choice between a 500-metre and 1.5-kilometre slope. Just like with most other skiing centres, Morta Hill also has a snow park for snowboarding aficionados, and a small hill for children and beginners. To ease into skiing, you can take lessons given by professional instructors and use the slow-moving and comfy multi-lift, which, by the way, enables parents to let children have their fun relatively unsupervised. There’s also sports gear rental and a café, where you can enjoy a hearty meal or relax with some hot wine.
