The Kirkilų Observation Tower is truly one of a kind. A unique structure in Biržai Regional Park, it resembles a canoe or a sinking boat. Standing at 32 meters high, the tower offers a breathtaking view of the Kirkilų, or Ilgasis Lake, a fascinating complex of interconnected sinkholes filled with water. From the 30-meter-high observation deck, you'll marvel at the 30 water-filled sinkholes that shimmer like tiny lakes. But the experience doesn't end there! An 800-meter-long educational trail with pontoon bridges invites you to explore these unique water bodies up close. Families will find plenty to enjoy, with a children's playground, a wooden "Sound Catcher," and a "Sun Eco" service station. With free WiFi, picnic tables, fire pits, and restrooms, the area around Kirkilų lakes is a perfect spot for a day of exploration and relaxation.
